How I passed my AWS Cloud practitioner Certification in first attempt

Hey Everyone ,

Cloud Computing is the future, learning this will make you future ready resource.

I have recently cleared my first AWS Certification which is AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Believe me passing this Exam helped me gain confidence on cloud technologies.

Now whenever I use AWS services and listen to the news/discussions I can related the things I learned during my preparation.

What is AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam ?

This is the first and the most basic level of Certification in your cloud journey. It will help you get familiar with the things like Cloud computing, why we need this.

Who Can give this ?

This is not an exam only for programmers but anyone who have some basic Knowledge of computing or its terminologies can appear for the exam.

Do we really need this ?

Yes, Cloud is the future and I remember when I started coding in 2010, there was FileZill (an FTP Server) to push code to server. But with the modern tools its far more easy to Code/Build/Deploy. Cloud has all the services available to you on a pay-as-you-go pricing model.

How I did the preparation ?

To handle Boredom- I followed Pomodoro technique.

I spent 3 weeks in preparation. and followed this following pattern.

Step -1 – Complete the Udemy Course by Stephane Maarek

Step -2 – Do the practice Test from these Udemy Courses

1. Stephane Marik

2. Other (Anyone you like)

Step -3 – Review the Practice Test Incorrect answers and clear your understanding.

Step – 4 – Keep giving and repeating the step 3 until you clear all exam with at-least 80%.

Tips during the Exam

• Clean/make your room.
• - Question is itself the answer – Read it twice
• - Don’t Rush. 90 Minutes are enough.
